Clifton Sweeney, Mentoring Coach

Clifton Sweeney is currently a Mentoring Coach at the Wiley Middle School site. Prior to this he has worked as a youth worker at Murtis H. Taylor multi service center and held the same position at the Berea Childrens’ Home and Family Services Center.

Clifton has received his Associates of Arts from Cuyahoga Community College concentrating in early childhood education and is currently seeking his BA from Cleveland State University in Childhood Education. He also has earned a certificate of completion in resiliency from the Case Western Reserve True Mart Fellowship program.

My vision for every Open Doors student is to recognize that they all have an opportunity to succeed if they are willing to look inside themselves and realize that they can do anything they want if they put their minds to it and we as a community really do care.
