Register your Youth

Registration is now open for all of our middle school sites.   Please click on the link below to register your child. 

 

  • Roxboro Middle School/ St. Paul's Site

  • Wiley Middle School

  • Miles Park Elementary School

  • Forest Park Middle School

  • Euclid Central Middle School (NEW**)

Space is limited to 40 youth per site. Please be sure to read through all materials before signing.  A mandatory orientation is required prior to starting  in the program. 

  • Roxboro Middle School - (Start Date September 19th), Orientations September 8th and 15th, 6pm

  • Wiley Middle School - (Start Date September 19th), Orientations September 12th and 20th, 6pm

  • Miles Park Elementary School - (Start Date September 19th), Orientations September 7th and 14th, 6pm

  • Forest Park Middle School - (Start Date September 12th), Orientations August 31st and September 6th, 6pm

  • Euclid Central Middle School - (Start Date October 3rd), Orientation September 20th
