Step 2: Schedule a Phone Interview 

Once our recruitment team reviews applications and selects qualified candidates, we’ll send an email with a link to schedule a phone interview. 


Step 3: Join Us for In-Person Interview 

After phone interviews, we will extend invitations for in-person interviews for the most qualified candidates to meet the hiring managers and other team members. 


Step 4: Shadow Experience  

Once we have narrowed down our candidates, we will extend an invitation to shadow programming at one our campuses. During this experience you’ll observe programming, interact with the scholars, and have an opportunity to ask and answer any final questions both parties might have. 


Step 5: Join the ODA Family! 

If you are the right fit for the position and our team, we’ll present an offer letter and start the onboarding process with a background check, a medical physical, and some new hire paperwork!
