Ms. Whitlow started at ODA as a Tutor at Miles Park Elementary with ODA during the 2013 school year. Since then, she has been promoted to Assistant Coordinator and placed at E-Prep Woodland Hills to start the 2015 school year. In 2016 Anita was promoted to Campus Coordinator and was placed at Fullerton Elementary in 2017, then at Cleveland Central Catholic High School in 2018. Anita returned to E Prep Woodland Hills in 2020 as a Coordinator in the Remote Learning Center and was promoted to Supervisor. Today, she manages the programs in Cleveland Metropolitan School District.

Prior to working at ODA, Anita was an Academic Math Tutor at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-c). She graduated from Jane Addams Business Careers Center and is currently studying at Franklin University for a future Computer Information Science Degree in Mathematics from Cleveland State University (CSU). 

In her spare time, Anita is a volunteer cheerleading coach for girls’ ages 6 to 14 in the Mt. Pleasant community for 20 years and counting. Anita doesn’t have any children but strives for every child that crosses her path to improve in their academics. On a personal note, Anita believes that family is everything.  Her motto is “All about family.”
