Delores is a Cleveland native and a graduate of Central State University. She joined Open Doors Academy in 2020 as an Assistant Coordinator at the E Prep Cliffs Remote Learning Center. Next, she served as a Elementary Camp Coordinator at Monticello Middle School. Today, she works as Coordinator at St. Paul’s / Roxboro campus.

Delores’ greatest goal is to influence others through positivity and creativity. Since joining ODA, she has developed a passion for working with youth and bringing her commitment to positivity and creative endeavors to her programming. Delores loves to use her dancing background to engage scholars in new ways.
