Theresa joined the COSA team in 2018. She has dedicated her career to working in the field of Out-Of-School Time, focusing her efforts on supporting growth in 21st Century Community Learning Center programing. Through the years, Theresa has worked as a 21st CCLC site coordinator, served on grant writing teams, acted in the capacity of coach for new coworkers and is currently a mentor for Ohio’s 21st CCCL grant recipients.
Theresa is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a Bachler’s of Arts Degree majoring in Individualized Programming with Interdisciplinary Studies of Anthropology and Recreation. Outside of work, she volunteers for other non-profit organizations that foster continued education for all ages. Theresa appreciates any chance to support meaningful and enjoyable educational opportunities for youth and their families. She also is a novice Beekeeper and enjoys spending time with her family.
Theresa feels privileged to have the opportunity to share her knowledge and experience with colleagues and to continue to make positive impacts on youth and their families.
