403 (b) Retirement Plan
Staff members are eligible to start contributing to our sponsoring 403 (b) immediately, with an employer match annually. Contributions and match are tax-free!
Basic Group Life insurance coverage in the amount of $25,000 is provided to full-time staff members after 30-days of employment.
Up to 12 weeks of parental leave can be taken when connected to the birth of a staff members child, or the placement of an adopted or foster child within a staff member’s home. Benefit includes two weeks of full pay!
Paid Time Off
Staff members accrue PTO every pay period; the number of PTO days earned is based on the staff members length of service. Accrue 11 PTO days your first year, 18 your second year!
Paid Holidays & Annual Breaks
Staff members receive pay in observance of 10+ holidays throughout the year. As well, staff members will receive paid “rest” breaks throughout the year during our Winter (10 days off) and Summer (5 days) Annual breaks.
Dependent Flexible Accounts
Eligible staff members who choose to participate can have $100 dollars per a pay, in addition to their regular pay, added to a dependent flexible spending account to pay for eligible childcare expenses. And its tax free!
Student Loan Repayment
Staff members who choose to participate can have $50 dollars per pay, in addition to their regular pay, directly applied to their student loans. And its tax free!
Staff Member Referral Bonuses

Staff Enrichment Fund
Staff members are eligible to receive reimbursement up to $120.00 each fiscal year for expenses related to personal or professional enrichment.
