Kim Robare is our Interim Director of Programs who oversees all our program managers and also serves as the program manager for all our high school programs. An educator at her core, Kim’s passion for scholar development goes beyond the classroom, including life skills, experiences and opportunities for anyone to educate and improve themselves.
When not working, Kim enjoys movies and tv shows with her husband, Mike and three daughters.

Lead Coordinator
Jazmine Dowdley, a proud Cleveland native, has been with Open Doors Academy since September 2020 and currently serves as a Lead Coordinator on the high school team. She is passionate about supporting scholars as they navigate school, life, and their future. For Jazmine, ODA’s mission is close to her heart because every young person deserves opportunity, guidance, and a safe space to grow. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, building Lego sets, and being a high school cheerleading coach. She is also the owner of Voltage Athletics, her own all-star cheer and dance program, where she fulfills her dream of creating more opportunities for youth in Cleveland.
