Join us for a family workshop focused on building healthier minds, bodies, and connections!

We’re thrilled to welcome Tuwan Spencer of Lion Hearted Outreach, who will lead an interactive session on emotional literacy — exploring how understanding and expressing our emotions can strengthen positive child development, family relationships, and overall wellbeing.

Tuwan Spencer is an inspirational speaker, mindset & business coach, published author, and a pillar in the community for youth and adult mentorship!

This is a wonderful opportunity for families to learn together, share experiences, and take home practical tools for fostering emotional health and resilience.
