Self-Care & Mental Health Awareness - Together in Color: The Mindful Palette is a Family Engagement event focused on self-care and mental health awareness, designed to encourage full family participation. Activities will include small group discussions, sharing self-care tips and tricks, creating affirmation cards, and painting visions of self-care.
