Angelina Ferguson-Pryor

Angelina Ferguson-Pryor

Director of Middle School Programs

Angelina Ferguson-Pryor joined Open Doors Academy February 2026. She is a proud Cleveland, Ohio native with both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Health Science from Cleveland State University. Before transitioning into education and workforce development, Angelina spent many years serving the community as a certified Emergency Medical Technician. Angelina Ferguson-Pryor joined Open Doors Academy February 2026. She is a proud Cleveland, Ohio native with both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Health Science from Cleveland State University.

Before transitioning into education and workforce development, Angelina spent many years serving the community as a certified Emergency Medical Technician. She went on to teach at several local colleges for eight years and most recently served as the Director of Career Readiness for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, where she connected scholars to high-quality, career-connected learning experiences.

Angelina was drawn to ODA’s mission of being 100% for kids and creating meaningful pathways for their success. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, binging true crime podcasts and documentaries, reading, and shopping. She is deeply committed to expanding opportunities for youth and strengthening families and communities through purposeful, student??'centered work.

Todd Hathaway is our Middle School Program Manager overseeing the Lead Coordinators of middle school programming. KariNoir Mallory joined Open Door Academy December 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in youth development, education administration, and team leadership. She is deeply committed to creating safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environments where every child and team member feels seen, supported, and empowered to succeed.

A proud graduate of Spelman College, KariNoir also holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Diversity Management from Cleveland State University. Her academic background strengthens her people-centered leadership style and informs her commitment to equity, inclusion, and strong organizational culture.

Throughout her career, KariNoir has led dedicated teams, strengthened program systems, and partnered closely with families and community stakeholders to ensure meaningful and lasting outcomes. She believes strong relationships are the foundation of effective programming and leads with a balance of high expectations, compassion, and consistency.

As a proud member of the Greater Cleveland community, KariNoir values connection both inside and outside of the workplace. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her two children, traveling to experience new places and perspectives, and reading books that inspire both personal and professional growth.

Tiersa Sullivan joined the Open Doors Academy team September 2019. After high school, she attended The University of Akron, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. After college, she began her teaching career at a charter school in Cleveland Ohio for 4 years as a Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade teacher. After 4 years, she made the decision to devote her time in staying home with her 3 amazing kids.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading books, spending quality time with her kids/spouse, and shopping. She is devoted in continuing to help make a difference in the lives of our youth.

Aziza Moore-Salukombo

Aziza Moore-Salukombo

Lead Coordinator

Aziza Salukombo was born in Kosoro, Uganda, and was raised in various parts of Africa. She began working with Open Doors Academy in May 2024 as the Campus Coordinator at Eprep Cliffs. Ms. Salukombo is a graduate of The University of Akron, with a BA in Philosophy, concentrating in communications and public relations. While at Akron University, Aziza stayed busy as an active member around campus. She was the Public Relations Officer of the African Student's Association, a member of the Black Student Union, and she also founded an African dance team, The Royal Descendants, which she ran for three years. She hosted many programs, meetings, and organized yearly events. Aziza enjoys serving her communities and goes above and beyond for those in need of her assistance.

When not engaged with ODA scholars, Aziza serves as a Community Advisory Board member at RE: Source Cleveland and is the sitting Vice President of the Cleveland Congolese Youth Community. For hobbies, she enjoys dancing, cooking, decorating, traveling, volunteering, and serving her various communities.

Felicia Webster joined Open Doors Academy on September 29, 2005. Felicia is a Shamanic healer with over a decade of experience supporting children and adults, with a focus on trauma, epigenetics, and how trauma affects the body. Aziza joined Open Doors Academy in October 2025 as a Campus Coordinator. She brings nearly a decade of experience working with youth across multiple educational settings, including preschool classrooms, after-school programs, and tutoring initiatives. Before joining ODA, she served as a preschool teacher for three years, an after-school program manager for two years, and a tutor for middle and high school students for more than a year and a half.

She holds an Associate of Arts degree from Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C East). A Cleveland Heights native, Aziza spent six and a half years living in Lawrenceville, Georgia, before returning home and graduating from Cleveland Heights High School in 2016. She is passionate about creating engaging learning spaces where students feel seen, supported, and encouraged to think beyond what they believe is possible.

Outside of ODA, Aziza enjoys gaming, going to the movies, spending time with friends and family, and never turning down a good iced chai latte.
