Summer enrichment is central to what Open Doors Academy is all about. Summer programs are 100% out-of-school time, and out-of-school programming is what we do best. More importantly, summer enrichment is proven to fight summer learning loss.
Open Doors Academy’s Summer Programming provides scholars with engaging, hands-on learning experiences that keep them active, curious, and connected during the summer months. Scholars participate in creative activities that encourage self-expression, build confidence, and strengthen personal skills.
Through partnerships and local field trips, scholars also have opportunities to explore and engage with the local community while developing teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a fun and supportive environment.
