Did you know that a baby planet was born recently?
Scholars at Euclid Middle School were excited to tell us. They shared interesting facts on "Did You Know" day, one of the themed days during ODA's September Spirit Week, a five-day celebration that also included Superhero Day and Sports Day.
At Max S. Hayes High School, “Gratitude Day” invited scholars to reflect on the people who shaped their ODA journey. Alivia B. shared, “I’m grateful for Ms. Cece because she helps me when I have nobody else.”
At our elementary campuses, scholars filled classrooms with laughter as they shared their handmade superhero eye masks. The bright colors and glittery accents of each mask reflected the scholar’s personality and creativity.
Providing a chance to belong, build confidence, and have fun, Spirit Week offers a chance for scholars to connect with each other and feel part of something bigger than themselves.
