Ohio's 2025 Out-of-School Time Conference will take place on February 11 & 12, 2025 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Downtown Columbus. Information about the conference, and how to become a presenter, is below.

We are calling on you and/or members of your team to be a conference presenter for the following conference tracks:
And the following topics, which will be sprinkled throughout the conference:

Conference Description
In this two-day conference, participants will learn out-of-school time best practices to make their programs thrive. We will infuse magic and fun into the learning because we’re afterschool and we can!

Tuesday, February 11, 2025, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Treasurers/Fiscal Representatives must attend)
Wednesday, February 12, 2025, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Who should attend?
The conference is open to all 21st Century Community Learning Center grant recipients. 21st CCLC Program Managers are required to attend both days. 21st CCLC Treasurers/Fiscal Representatives are only required to attend Tuesday, February 11th.There will be something for everyone, including a keynote speaker, breakout sessions and networking opportunities, essential for running a successful program.

This is a free event sponsored by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce in partnership with Open Doors Academy’s Center for Out-of-School Advancement.
Registration will go live in November and all attendees must register to receive event communications. An agenda with exact times and sessions will be emailed to the address you provide in your registration.
If you'd like to facilitate a breakout session for any of the tracks above, stay tuned, a request for presenters will be sent out in the coming months.
